- 200g potatoes
- 150g gluten-free taco shells
- 150g mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, etc.)
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 80g corn
- 50g black beans
- 30g red onion
- 20g fresh cilantro
- 15g olive oil
- 10g lime juice
- 5g chili powder
- 5g cumin powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
