Juicy beef cooked in white wine, veggies, cream, and worcestershire sauce.
ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
steps
- 1.
Season beef, brown in olive oil and transfer to slow cooker.
- 2.
Add wine, broth, garlic, and veggies to slow cooker.
- 3.
Pour in cream and worcestershire sauce.
- 4.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
