Tender chicken, al dente pasta, and zesty lemon cream sauce.
ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 lemons, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, grated
