Summer Asparagus Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and blanched
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
