Tender steak slices in a savory Asian-inspired pasta sauce. Perfect for a flavorful dinner!
ingredients
- 1 lb skirt steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
steps

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, add the sauce mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 5.
Add steak slices back to the skillet. Stir in cooked spaghetti, green onions, and cilantro. Cook for another minute.
- 6.
Season with red pepper flakes to taste.
- 7.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
