ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pack gyoza wrappers
- BBQ sauce, for drizzling
- Vegetable oil, for cooking

In a bowl, mix together ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto a gyoza wrapper, moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and pleat the edges to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add gyoza in a single layer, cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- 4.
Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until the pork is cooked through.
- 5.
Uncover, let the gyoza cook until the water evaporates and the bottoms are crispy.
- 6.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
