Asian-inspired Chicken and Bean Stir-Fry

- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broad beans
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup sweetcorn kernels
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Steamed rice or noodles, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
