Balsamic Chicken with Sundried Tomato and Burrata

- 1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 burrata cheese ball
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, mix the balsamic glaze, honey, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
