- 4 liters fresh water
- 1½ kilograms raw honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 3oz maple syrup
- 1¼ teaspoon yeast

In a large pot, heat water until warm, not boiling
