ingredients
- 2 lbs Briess CBW® Bavarian Wheat Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 1 lb Wheat Briess CBW® Bavarian Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 1 lb Briess CBW® Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 1 lb Briess Pilsen Malt
- 2 lbs Briess White Wheat Malt
- 1 oz Hallertau Tradition hops
- 1 pack Fermentis Safale WB-06 yeast
- 5 oz Priming Sugar
steps
- 1.
Steep grains at 152°F for 30 minutes in 2 gallons of water
- 2.
Bring to boil, add DME and boil for 60 minutes
- 3.
Add hops in the last 15 minutes of boil
- 4.
Cool wort, transfer to fermenter, top with water to 5 gallons
- 5.
Pitch yeast and ferment at 68°F for 2 weeks
- 6.
Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate for 2 weeks
- 7.
Chill and enjoy!
