Juicy pork chops smothered in tangy barbecue sauce, perfectly cooked in the Suvie 3.0 robot with a 10 minute orep setting.
ingredients
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Vacuum seal your pork chops, place in a Suvie pan, and cover completely with water.

Select “Sous Vide” on the display screen.

The best temperature to sous vide pork chops is between 135°F and 145°F for 1 to 3 hours. Select the time and temperature.

Pat pork chops dry thoroughly. Heat 1 tbsp high-heat oil in a large cast iron skillet or heavy bottomed skillet or cast iron until almost smoking.
