Berry Burst Oat Bites
ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1/4 cup date sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup gluten-free flour (e.g., almond flour or coconut flour)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, gluten-free flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, stir together the almond butter, date sugar, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
