These crispy and flavorful spring rolls are filled with colorful veggies, tender chicken, and savory seasonings. Perfect for celebrating a special occasion with a unique twist on a classic appetizer!
ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying

In a skillet, cook chicken until browned. Add veggies, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ginger powder. Cook until veggies are tender.

Place a spoonful of filling onto each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides. Seal with a bit of water.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry spring rolls until crispy and golden brown.
