ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.

In a bowl, mix flour and baking soda. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. Press dough into muffin cups and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Whip Biscoff spread in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into Biscoff.
