Add the American 2-row and 6-row malts, along with the flaked corn, ensuring a thorough mix.

Maintain the mash temperature at around 152°F for 60 minutes to extract sugars.

Sparge the grains with hot water to collect the wort, reaching a total volume of approximately 8005 gallons.

Bring the wort to a boil, adding the American Cluster hops after 105 minutes for bittering.

After 15 minutes, add the American Nugget hops and Irish moss.

Continue boiling for an additional 15 minutes before cooling the wort to fermentation temperature.
