Savory & Creamy Chicken Pasta

- 16 oz spaghetti
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides. Grill the chicken until cooked through, then let it rest for a few minutes. Slice into small pieces.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.

Add grated Parmesan cheese to the cream sauce and stir until melted and well combined. Season with parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Toss the cooked spaghetti in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to thin it out.
