Bulgarian Cheese-Stuffed Schnitzel

- 4 boneless pork chops, pounded thin
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup milk

In a small bowl, mix together feta cheese, garlic, and parsley to create the stuffing.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then lay them flat and place a spoonful of the stuffing in the center of each.
