Creamy Caramel Cream Cheese Pastry

- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
- 8 oz caramel sauce
- 8 oz plain cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (mix 1 tbsp ground cinnamon with 1 tbsp granulated sugar)
- 8 oz whole milk

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add the whole milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and mix until the dough comes together. Form the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough into a rectangular shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the filling, evenly distributing the mixture. Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the edges to seal the roll.
