ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 lb protein (chicken, shrimp, tofu)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
steps

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha.

Heat oil in a large pan, add protein and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- 3.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4.
Add veggies and cook until tender yet crisp.
- 5.
Stir in cauliflower rice and sauce mixture. Cook for 5 minutes.
- 6.
Add protein back to the pan, stir to combine.
- 7.
Season with salt and pepper, top with green onions and sesame seeds.
