Creamy Cauliflower Almond Soup
ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
