Cheddarwurst and Asparagus Casserole
ingredients
- 1 lb cheddarwurst, sliced
- 1 cup Minute rice
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 3.
Brown cheddarwurst in a skillet.
- 4.
Layer rice, asparagus, cheddarwurst, and soup in a baking dish.
- 5.
Pour water over the casserole.

Top with cheese and cover with foil.
- 7.
Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
