Cheesy Beef and Potato Bake

- 4 cups red potatoes, thinly sliced

- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
