- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
