Hearty Beef and Rice Casserole
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook rice according to package instructions.

In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cooked rice, Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese.

Transfer mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
