A hearty casserole featuring cheddarwurst, crunchy asparagus, and creamy melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese on a bed of fluffy Minute rice. A comforting and easy weeknight dinner option that is sure to please the whole family.
ingredients
- 4 cheddarwurst sausages, sliced
- 1 cup Minute rice
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup sliced cheddar or shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook Minute rice according to package instructions and spread evenly in a casserole dish.

Layer sliced cheddarwurst and asparagus over the rice.

In a separate bowl, mix Cream of Mushroom Soup with a little water and pour over the casserole.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
