Cheesy Garlic Pasta Bake

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
