Cheesy Mayonnaise Sandwich Stack

- 4 slices of hearty bread
- 4 ounces of your favorite cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup

Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

On the unspread side of two slices, layer the cheese evenly.

In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the cheese.
