- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 Oreo cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
