Chocolate Swirl Rolls

Fluffy, decadent chocolate rolls with a gooey swirl inside.
ingredients
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon

In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine yeast mixture, milk, sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and half of the flour.

Gradually add remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth.

Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- 5.
Roll dough into a 16x12 inch rectangle. Spread melted butter over dough.
- 6.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up and slice into 12 rolls.
- 7.
Place rolls in a greased pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- 8.
Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- 9.
Drizzle with chocolate glaze before serving.
