Cinnamon Apple Swirl Loaf

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
