A warm and comforting bowl of creamy rice pudding infused with fragrant cinnamon, perfect to start your day on a sweet note.

- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
