- 3 lbs (1.4 kg) of orange blossom honey
- 1 gallon (3.8 L) of filtered water
- 1 oz (28 g) of Amarillo hops
- Zest and juice of 2 oranges
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 packet of Safale US-05 yeast
- 1 tsp yeast nutrient
- 1 tsp yeast energizer

In a sanitized brew kettle, heat half a gallon of filtered water.

Remove from heat and add the Amarillo hops, steeping for about 15 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a sanitized fermentation vessel.
