ingredients
- 4 cups honey
- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup caraway seeds
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 package champagne yeast
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
steps

In a large pot, heat water and honey until dissolved. Remove from heat.

Stir in caraway seeds and allow to cool to room temperature.

Add lemon juice and champagne yeast, stir well.
- 4.
Transfer mixture to a fermentation vessel and seal with an airlock.
