Coconut Fruit Crumble

- 1 cup Gluten-free self-raising flour mix
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan margarine
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 can of mixed fruit (14 oz), drained

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
