Coffee Caramel Delight

- 4 tbsp Instant coffee
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar (for caramel)
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, and 1 tbsp brown sugar. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

In a blender, combine instant coffee, 2 tbsp brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, ice, and milk. Blend until smooth.

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tbsp brown sugar over medium heat until it turns into caramel.
