- 2 lbs Briess CBW® Sparkling Amber Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 1 lb Briess Carapils® Copper 30L Malt
- 1 oz Fuggle Hops
- 1 oz Fuggle Hops
- 1 pack Ferments Safale S-04 Yeast
- 5 oz Priming Sugar

Begin by steeping the grains in a large pot of hot water at 155°F for 30 minutes.

Remove the grains and bring the water to a boil, then stir in the DME until dissolved.
- 3.
Add the hops at different intervals during the 60-minute boil, then cool the wort and transfer it to a fermentation vessel.
- 4.
Pitch the yeast and ferment for 2 weeks before bottling with priming sugar.
- 5.
Allow to carbonate for at least 2 weeks before enjoying your homemade Copper Ale.
