In a large pot, bring 2 gallons of water to 155°F.

Remove from heat and stir in malt extract, honey, and sorghum syrup.

Return to heat and bring to a boil for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool the wort and transfer to a fermenter, topping up to 5 gallons with water.
