Creamy Basil Chicken Pasta

- 8 oz whole wheat penne pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice into strips.
