A rich and creamy pasta dish with tender chunks of chicken and crispy bacon in every bite. Perfectly seasoned with garlic, herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
ingredients
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz. bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Once crisp, remove bacon from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.

Add the garlic, oregano, and basil to the pan and cook for an additional minute.

Pour in the heavy cream, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the pan, tossing well to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- 7.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
