ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dissolve gelatin in water, then heat it gently until fully dissolved.

In a blender, combine erythritol and cocoa powder until well mixed.
