ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from pan.

Add sliced mushrooms to the same skillet and cook until browned.

Add garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper and cook for another minute.
