Slow cooked smoked cheese bratwurst and asparagus in a rich mushroom sauce, served over fluffy minute rice and topped with gooey Colby Jack cheese.
ingredients
- 1 lb smoked cheese bratwurst
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups milk (can use non-dairy)
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 2 cups minute rice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice bratwurst and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
