Creamy Ricotta-Stuffed Beef Rolls

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
