Tender red potatoes stuffed with savory steak slices in a creamy tarragon soup, topped with parmesan cheese and baked to perfection.
ingredients
- 4 large red potatoes
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Wash potatoes, poke with fork, bake for 45 mins.

Cook steak in skillet, set aside.
