ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Boil water and cook soya chunks for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
