- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
