Creamy Tres Leches Cake with Glazed Strawberries

- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 to 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, whole or sliced

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
