Creamy Vodka Garlic Chicken Pasta

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz fettuccine noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
