- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 1 cup chicarron with meat still attached
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cheetos, crushed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Beef tallow (for frying)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
