Crispy Ceci Zucchini Fritters

- 1 cup canned fagioli (beans), drained and rinsed
- 2 zucchini, grated
- 1 cup farina 00 (all-purpose flour)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
